L’Oreal Designer Fragrances National Sales Meeting

For L'Oreal Designer Fragrances' national sales meeting, the challenge was creating a unified experience for attendees while allowing the company’s three divisions with vastly different styles to express themselves and feature the five products being launched at the meeting.

Scott produced this week-long event, giving creative direction and shaping the overall experience from arrival through departure. The general session room was transformed for three distinct but linked experiences: the Designer Fragrance DF1 Awards Show, the Ralph Lauren Fragrances Ralph Rocks Concert, and the chic Giorgio Armani Parfumes After-Party.

Scott was responsible for all aspects of the meeting. He established the creative content, guided speakers in developing their presentations, managed a staff of coordinators and artists who created visuals and special effects for each presenter, and oversaw all the meeting's technical elements.
